Day 6: Portion Control

 This is a big one. It has been so hard for me to not go back for seconds with the foods I love. So I started taking small portions. It may sound crazy, but I actually started eating less and noticing I had more leftovers. I grab a SMALL plate, put one scoop on my plate, and when I go back for seconds I only get one more scoop. It is the same as if I were to put a whole scoop on my plate.

So today I would like you to try taking smaller portions and if you go back for seconds, just get a small amount.
