Okay I know some of these posts may be repeats, but I really want to eat healthier. We all just need to take it slow. Changing your eating habits doesn't just happen over
night (trust me I've tried). Small changes each day make big things
happen. It takes time to make good habits stick. That is another reason
for this challenge, it is to take something new each day and work on it
until it is habit.
So today I want you to try a new recipe. Pick one of the ones you have pinned on Pinterest. If you don't have a pinterest account, don't get one! Ha ha ha, you will be on it all day and all night!
