Go over each day and try to combine what we have done into one day.
Drink water through the day. I
have noticed that as I drink water throughout the day I become less
hungry. The water is kind of filling me up so I eat less. Also, try
eating your fruits and veggies first before you eat your meal. This way
you fill up on the healthy stuff before you go to the main dish.
Exercise, I have continued exercising and I love the way I feel!
Eat healthy food, your body will love you for it!
