Eat healthy fats, carbs, and whole grain. I use to think that whole
wheat didn't taste near as good as white anything, until I tried it.
Unless I make my own noodles I only use whole wheat pasta now. I have
also made the switch with bread, crackers, and tortillas. Fish is a
great way to get your good fats in. Check
